Job Title: RN – ICU (Float Pool) | DAY/Night Shift | Los Angeles, CA
Location: Los Angeles
Assignment Type: (Temporary Contract)
Shift: Schedule: Day/Night Shift – 3x12s
We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse Float Pool, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care using the nursing process and clinical judgment. You’ll collaborate across disciplines, supervise support staff, and ensure optimal patient outcomes in a fast-paced critical care environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans
Implement and evaluate individualized treatment strategies
Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients, families, and staff
Support discharge planning and continuity of care
Delegate tasks and supervise nursing team members
Education & Experience
BSN preferred
Acute care experience preferred
Licensure & Certifications
Active CA RN license – Required
BLS/CPR certification – Required
ACLS certification – Required
Hospital Fire & Life Safety (HLFS) – Required
