responsibilities

• draft and review estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance directives, etc.)
• advise clients on estate and long-term care planning strategies under texas law
• manage matters from intake through execution with strong attention to detail and deadlines
• communicate clearly with clients, referral partners, and internal team members
• work efficiently in a transactional environment while maintaining high service standards

requirements

• active texas bar license and good standing
• 5+ years of texas estate planning experience
• strong working knowledge across related areas (trusts, probate, elder law/medicaid planning preferred)
• client-first mindset with empathy, patience, and professionalism (especially with elderly clients)
• organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple active files simultaneously

work environment

• full-time, onsite role (bellaire/houston area)
• professional, collaborative team setting

compensation & benefits

• competitive compensation (target base around $115,000, depending on experience)
