Principal Technical Program Manager

What the role actually is

Agility Robotics is hiring a principal technical program manager for complex V1 product launches. The role connects engineering, operations, commercial, product, finance, and deployment work around humanoid robotics systems. This is a senior cross-functional program role for a product that has to leave the lab and work in warehouses and manufacturing settings. The scope appears broad, with enough ambiguity that the person will need to structure the program as much as run it. What you would work on

Build and lead cross-functional programs for new humanoid robotics products Coordinate technical work across hardware, software, systems, operations, and product teams Track risks, dependencies, and launch readiness for complex robotics initiatives Turn ambiguous product and deployment goals into executable program plans Keep commercial and operational realities connected to engineering execution What they are asking for

Technical program management experience with V1 products or complex hardware-software systems Ability to lead through ambiguity across engineering, operations, product, and commercial teams Strong judgment around schedules, dependencies, risk, and launch readiness Comfort collaborating in a hybrid role based around Agility's Fremont office Why this one is worth a look

Humanoid robotics needs program leadership that can keep engineering ambition connected to deployable products. This role is notable because it sits across the pieces that often break separately: technical roadmap, customer reality, operations, and manufacturing scale.
