Registered Nurse - ICU

ICU Registered Nurse Opportunity

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide expert care in the ICU setting. This role involves managing critically ill patients and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans tailored to critical needs.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions following hospital protocols.
• Monitor vital signs and neurological status, documenting changes accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on ICU procedures, prognosis, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and infection control standards.

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio RN license or valid compact state license in hand at submission.
• Minimum of 18 months of recent ICU experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Demonstrated ability to recognize and respond to emergency situations.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.
