Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid Wisconsin teaching license appropriate to the listed positions (Special Education or 1809 for 4K Teacher)
• Experience or substantial interest in working with students requiring differentiated instructional approaches
• Background supporting students with Autism, significant disabilities, or medical care needs is highly desirable for self-contained classrooms
• Strong collaboration skills with fellow educators, therapists, and support staff
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Adaptability for managing diverse student needs across elementary and middle school levels
