Summary: The Patient Service Specialist role ensures patient scheduling and referral needs are met while assisting in the general administrative and patient service needs of the practice. Our high-volume Urology practice is seeking a personable, dedicated, and highly organizedPatient Services specialist to join our scheduling team. This is a phone and computer intensive position supporting a large, fast-paced specialty practice with 20+ providers.You'll be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team providing high-quality care to our community. In this role, your work directly supports our providers and ensures patients feel respected, supported, and cared for from the moment the come in contact with our office. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. License/Certifications: N/A Experience: Six months of medical office experience required.
