Geriatric Nurse Practitioner

TruHealth in Mississippi is seeking an advanced practice provider (NP/PA) to join a geriatric-focused primary care team in long-term care settings. You'll work with a supervising physician, collaborate with RN case managers, and deliver personalized coordinated care to plan members enrolled in Medicare Advantage plans. You will diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, order labs, prescribe meds, and participate in quality initiatives under federal and state regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
