Providers will rotate between two clinic locations during the week, typically working 2 days at one location and 3 days at the other. Providers will not work at both locations on the same day.

Clinical Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient OB/GYN care
Manage both obstetric and gynecologic patients
Maintain consistent clinic coverage
Interpret sonograms / ultrasounds
Required Clinic Procedures
Colposcopy
IUD Insertion
LEEP Procedures
Endometrial Biopsies
Ultrasound / Sonogram Interpretation
Required Hospital Procedures
Hysteroscopy
Dilation and Curettage (D&C)
Hysterectomies
Support Staff
Medical Assistant
Ultrasonographers
Requirements
Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology Required
Active Colorado License OR Active IMLC with LOQ in Hand at Submission Required
BLS Highly Preferred; Must Be Obtained During Credentialing
Active DEA Highly Preferred; Required for Credentialing
Must Be Able to Interpret Sonograms Required
Must Be Able to Perform Both OB and GYN Duties Required
Clean Malpractice / Background Highly Preferred
Credentialing
Standard Credentialing: Approximately 60 Days
Temporary Privileges: Approximately 30 Days or Less
Emergency Privileges Available for Clean Files
Self-Inquiry NPDB Report Required
Pre-Application and Full Application Must Be Submitted Within 72 Hours of Receipt
Colorado License or Active IMLC LOQ Required to Release Pre-Application
