What You’ll Do Process accurate, on-time payroll and validate all earnings, deductions, and taxes Maintain employee payroll records, including hires, changes, and terminations Serve as the go-to resource for payroll questions and issue resolution Ensure compliance with payroll laws, policies, and reporting requirements Reconcile payroll data, support audits/W-2s, and drive process improvements Requirements Who You Are: A payroll professional with hands-on experience and strong knowledge of payroll systems, processes, and best practices Highly detail-oriented, with a sharp eye for precision and a passion for getting things right A critical thinker and problem-solver who can analyze issues, identify solutions, and follow through effectivelyOrganized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment A strong communicator who delivers excellent customer service and builds trust with employees and leaders A professional who demonstrates integrity, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information with care What You’ll Bring Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred. Two to five (2-5) years of payroll processing with high volume payroll experience, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience General Accounting and Human Resource experience a plus. Knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, wage and hour requirements, and payroll best practices. Experience with payroll software and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). CPP, UPC,FPC not required, but a plus. Outstanding Benefits & Perks: Competitive wages are $25 - $30 hourly depending on level of education and experience.
