Your Responsibilities
As a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant, you will:
- Provide skilled therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, and independence
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety
- Monitor progress and communicate changes with the supervising PT
- Document visits using our user-friendly electronic medical record

Qualifications
- Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Current auto insurance
Home health experience is NOT required.
New graduates are encouraged to apply.
