Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a per diem basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and a commitment to helping individuals achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication and swallowing disorders

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs

• Provide therapy sessions to patients, both individually and in groups

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress

• Participate in staff education and professional development activities

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field

• Current certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)

• Wisconsin state licensure or eligibility for licensure

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
