**Job Summary

**

Plays a critical role in supporting Quality Assurance operations within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for ensuring products are manufactured in compliance with established procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate documentation and supporting Production and Quality Management teams.

**As a Quality Assurance Associate You Will:

**

• Conduct routine audits of

  **filling and packaging operations

  ** to ensure compliance with established procedures and quality standards.

• Perform

  **environmental monitoring

  ** within aseptically classified production areas.

• Analyze and report environmental monitoring results, including

  **plates and media

  **.

• Complete data entry and prepare quality-related reports and documentation.

• Generate, review, control, and issue

  **production batch record documentation

  **.

• Inspect, analyze, and release materials and components used in production.

• Monitor charts, gauges, and equipment documentation to ensure compliance with specifications.

• Work closely with Production and Quality Management to maintain product quality and regulatory compliance.

**Skills and Requirements:

**

• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and quality assurance procedures.

• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, quality assurance, or another regulated environment preferred.

• Experience with environmental monitoring, quality documentation, or GMP-regulated operations is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to interpret written procedures, technical documents, and regulations.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate records.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and other computer software.

**Education:

**

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Additional education or training in Quality, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.

**Salary Range:
