Aesthetic Registered Nurse

My client is a rapidly growing, patient-focused MedSpa in Albany NY, dedicated to delivering exceptional aesthetic treatments in a luxurious and welcoming environment. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Aesthetic RN to join our dynamic team. Position Overview The Aesthetic Registered Nurse will be responsible for performing advanced aesthetic treatments, delivering outstanding patient care, and contributing to the continued growth of the practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who is passionate about aesthetics, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities Perform non-invasive cosmetic treatments including but not limited to neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers, LHR, Microneedling and more Conduct thorough consultations and develop customized treatment plans Educate patients on services, products, and post-treatment care Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Ensure patient safety, satisfaction, and optimal outcomes Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and best practices Support clinic growth through client retention and relationship building Collaborate with the team to create a positive, high-energy culture Qualifications Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of Georgia Minimum of 1+ years of experience in aesthetic industry preferred (will consider strong candidates with relevant training) Strong consultation and sales skills with a patient-first approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Passion for aesthetics, beauty, and wellness Competitive base salary + bonus structure Opportunity to earn significant income based on performance Ongoing training and professional development Employee discounts on services and products Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization Supportive, collaborative team environment Why Join Us?
