Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience working with children and adolescents in school settings is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of current therapeutic practices for school-age populations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Patient, creative, and adaptable approach to therapy

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify student needs in motor, sensory, and developmental skills
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
• Provide direct and consultative OT services to students in a school-based setting
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports in compliance with school and district standards
• Participate in meetings, student evaluations, and ongoing professional development
