As a Bookkeeper at Peter T Surapine & Co, you will play a vital role in maintaining our financial records and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with our team to manage accounts, track expenses, and support the financial health of our growing business. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of bookkeeping experience who is ready to make an impact in a collaborative and customer-focused environment.

• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and track expenses.
• Prepare financial reports to assist in decision-making.
• Monitor budgets and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth financial operations.

• Minimum of 1 year of bookkeeping experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with the construction or remodeling industry is a plus, but not required.
