Occupational Therapist
Supplemental Health Care is hiring Occupational Therapists for full-time contract assignments at a partnering skilled nursing facility in Little Falls, Minnesota.

Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist Licensure/Certification in Minnesota
- American Heart Association BLS
- At least 1-year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Prior experience in an SNF preferred
Occupational Therapist Contract Details:
- $1,980 - $2,166 per week*
- 13-week contract with possibility of extension
- Skilled Nursing Facility
- Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Occupational Therapist services at the facility
- Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers
