Residential Maintenance Technician (On-Call)

KMG Prestige is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Kentwood, MI to service and turn apartments, respond to requests, and keep the property well maintained. You will support safety, on-call coverage, and adherence to procedures while delivering friendly, resident-focused service. You’ll work across trades including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC and more, with opportunities to participate in budget planning.
