The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training and internal pay comparison. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to support the Director of Academic Affairs. This role will manage admissions activities for the Brain, Behavior, & Cognition and Developmental Science, PhD programs, as well as the master's Programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and prepare applications for program directors and admissions committee's review. Input, update, and track graduate application data in spreadsheets.
Respond to high volumes of inquiries via phone and email, providing clear information to prospective and current graduate students.
Support the Director of Academic Affairs with planning and executing yearly commencement, orientation events, and various activities for MA and PhD students.
Assist with special projects as required.
Required Skills
Qualifications:
Associates degree required, Bachelors preferred. One to three years of experience.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond efficiently to a large volume of queries.
Proficiency in spreadsheet management.
