Human Resource Generalist

HR GeneralistBuffalo Biodiesel Inc. is in growth mode and currently seeking a HR Generalist to join our team! The HR Generalist will support daily HR functions with a focus on time and attendance, payroll support, and onboarding.Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain new hire documentation and onboarding packetsCoordinate pre-employment screenings and background checksConduct new hire orientations and ensure completion of all required formsEnter new hire information into HRIS and payroll systemsSupport recruitment activities as needed (posting jobs, screening applicants, printing resumes, etc.)Other duties as assignedQualifications/Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field requiredSHRM certification preferredWorking knowledge of ADP requiredStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentialityExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in recruiting requiredStrong understanding of HR functions and labor lawsShift:Monday - Friday 8am - 5pmWho We Are:Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. has been in business since 2005.
