Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical Unit
Our organization is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to join our Medical-Surgical unit in El Paso, TX. This full-time, on-site position involves providing thorough bedside care to a varied adult patient demographic.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct patient assessments and administer medications as required.
- Manage post-surgical and acute medical conditions effectively.
- Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and care plans.
- Facilitate safe discharge processes for patients.
- Maintain high standards of safety and infection control throughout the unit.
- Current Registered Nurse license.
- Experience in a medical-surgical setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
