Skilled Nursing Facility NP ProviderDaily Responsibilities:1- Review schedule for assigned facility2- Review scheduled appointmentsCheck with Nursing Director for acute patient needs to add to scheduleCheck with Medical Director (when applicable) for other needsAdd any new identified patient visits to scheduleOrganize day according to scheduled visits3- Visit patients as scheduledComplete appropriate charting during visitCommunicate with facility staff as needs arise during visitsPrescribe and approve new medications as neededApprove refill medications as neededOrder and approve labs as neededOrder and approve new treatments as needed4- Complete electronic charting on patientsComplete charting on patients within 24 hours of the visitSign each chart within 24 hours of each visitCreate a charge for each visit within 24 hours of each visit5- Complete daily visit log for each patientComplete log should include name, date, CPT code for each visitSend visit log to business office within 24 hours6- Participate in on-call duties as assignedComplete on-call logSend on-call log to business office within 24 hours of completed on-call duties7- Participate in weekly provider meetings8- Submit hours, mileage, and PTO requests on a weekly basis to the business office #J-18808-Ljbffr SENIOR HEALTH LLC
