Warehouse Supervisor Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 24.00 to $ 28.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, staging, packing, and loading.
• Manage inventory accuracy using WMS, FIFO practices, cycle counts, and material tracking.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, carrier schedules, and documentation for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Lead warehouse associates through training, safety practices, productivity goals, and performance support.
• Improve warehouse efficiency through layout optimization, process improvements, and effective material flow.

Warehouse Supervisor Qualifications:

• 3+ years of warehouse experience with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Proven experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, freight coordination, and inventory control processes.
• Experience leading teams, training employees, and promoting safe, efficient warehouse practices.
