Program Specialist

Job Summary/Company :
Sparks Group has partnered with a professional association in Washington, DC and together we are seeking a Program Specialist to support contract and budget administration while coordinating key projects. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities :


• Contract Administration: Assist in the preparation, review, and management of contracts. Maintain accurate records, track renewals and expirations, and notify stakeholders as needed.


• Budget Administration: Support the development and monitoring of budgets. Prepare reports and forecasts, and assist leadership with financial planning and decision-making.


• Special Projects: Coordinate and manage projects as assigned, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.


• Project Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation including contracts, budgets, timelines, and reports, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.


• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across projects.

Qualifications/Background Profile :


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in budget administration, contract administration, or a closely related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

This job is Hybrid Remote.

Pay Range: Hourly $25.00 to $31.00
