Preconstruction Project Manager: Risk & Estimating

Sundt Construction is seeking a Preconstruction Project Manager to lead risk management and oversight across preconstruction teams. You will ensure quality and timely estimating deliverables, manage client and internal partner expectations, and coordinate with project teams on scoping, procurement, and GMP/budget considerations. The role requires strong CP scheduling, extensive estimating experience, and ability to work across multiple projects or a major program with minimal supervision. #J-18808-Ljbffr
