work hours: 10pm to 7am
education: Bachelors

responsibilities:

• Direct, train, and mentor onsite construction teams and internal stakeholders to implement effective safety measures and drive toward zero incidents.

• Conduct risk assessments on retrofit projects, create safe work execution plans, and manage incident investigations, root cause analyses (RCAs), and corrective actions.

• Develop and enforce robust safety processes and standards with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with delivery expectations and timelines.

• Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to evaluate the safety and quality control impacts of new designs, materials, and construction methods.
