Hybrid Product Manager, State Paid Leave & Compliance

Guardian Life is seeking a Product Manager for State Paid Leave to define, implement, and improve our State Paid Leave solutions, coordinating go-to-market activities and ensuring regulatory compliance across evolving state programs. You will support new state program development, manage the current portfolio, drive annual updates, and align with the state Paid Leave strategy.
