Remote Client Experience Specialist

In this role, you will assist clients with planning and coordinating personalized travel experiences while providing exceptional service throughout the process. Key Responsibilities Communicate with clients by phone, email, and online messaging platforms. Assist clients with travel planning, scheduling, and experience-related requests. Coordinate travel details, preferences, and service arrangements. Provide clients with accurate information regarding available options, schedules, and requirements. Assist with reservations, confirmations, updates, and changes as needed. Maintain organized client records and travel-related documentation. Follow up with clients to ensure their plans are properly coordinated. Address questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
