Receptionist (Part-Time) - Onsite

Mindex is seeking a friendly, proactive Receptionist to serve as the face of our organization on a part time basis (20 hours per week). This individual will manage front desk operations, warmly greet visitors and clients, and deliver an exceptional level of customer service. This role plays a key part in creating a positive first impression and keeping communication flowing smoothly throughout the office. Compensation $22/hour - $25/hour What You’ll Accomplish Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner; determine the nature of their visit and direct them appropriately. Manage the front desk operations, including answering and directing phone calls, emails, and other communications. Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings as necessary. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Ensure that the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times. Assist with administrative tasks and support other departments as required. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in office administration is a plus. Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills. Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle inquiries and issues professionally. Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
