Job Description & Skill Requirements:

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee project delivery: Ensure projects meet quality, timelines, and expected business value across multiple manufacturing plants.
• Manufacturing transformation: Improve production processes through labor optimization, automation, robotics, material flow, assembly-line consolidation, and digital manufacturing.
• Business development: Work with customers, operations, engineering, and sales to identify new opportunities and expand existing engagements.
• Cross-functional coordination: Manage collaboration between onshore, offshore, engineering, operations, and other teams to ensure smooth execution.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, Poka-Yoke, and Total Quality Management (TQM).
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, conflict resolution, and change management skills.
• Proven ability to lead global teams and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Program Governance, Multi-project Delivery Management, Risk & Issue Management, KPI / Metrics
• Driven Delivery, Customer Escalation Management, Onsite Offshore Delivery Model, Lean Transformation, Stakeholder Management.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering / industrial engineering background
