Summary: 

Operates Tortilla Press Machines following set Company safety standards, maintains a professional work ethic and feeds machines according to supervisor instructions. 

Essential Functions: 

• Feeds Press Machine with dough balls following the specific production requirements. 
• Ensures there is a constant flow of product and avoids gaps in the conveyor belt to efficiently supply production demands. 
• Keeps track of plate temperatures and press speed to ensure good quality and consistency of final product. 
• Adheres to Company Safety Standards at all times. 

Physical Demands:

• Frequent bending, turning and lifting. 
• Ability to lift unassisted 30 - 50 lbs at a time in narrow spaces. 
• Ability to move arms and hands in a repetitive manner as to place dough balls in Press conveyor belt.  
• Working standing for long periods of time. 
• Working in a warm environment with flour dust. 
• Working in a loud production environment. 
• Occasionally working extended shifts.

• Ability to communicate in a clear manner and follow specific instructions.  
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment 
• Basic arithmetic skills. 
• Ability to work and relate with others. 
• Able to follow safety guidelines. 
• Well organized.
