Executive Assistant

Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently. Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documentation as needed. Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Organize and manage high-level meetings, ensuring all materials are prepared in advance. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Assist in special projects and initiatives as directed by the executive. Ensure the smooth operation of the executive's office by proactively addressing administrative needs.

The Successful Applicant

• Completed Bachelors Degree is preferred.
• 7+ years of c-level support as an Executive Assistant.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in handling confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to interact professionally with executives and external stakeholders.
• Must be able to work on-site in Carlsbad, California.
