Perform clinical assessments and manage patient treatment autonomously. Advocate for patients as an integral member of the interdisciplinary team. Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses and care needs. Implement care plans and monitor patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on medications, procedures, and treatment plans. Ensure patient safety and proper utilization of time, equipment, and supplies. Collaborate with colleagues to provide high-quality, efficient care. Qualifications Required: Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience (acute care preferred; LTAC considered). Florida RN license or approved multistate compact license (must obtain Florida license within 60 days if compact). Current BLS certification. Preferred: ACLS certification (required within 6 months of hire). Experience in medical-surgical or orthopedic nursing. Hourly Pay: $27.72 to $39.60 (based on years of experience).
