Project Manager

To be successful, candidates must have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated and a team player, possess excellent communications skills (both verbal and written), demonstrate integrity, show competence with basic Microsoft Office applications, and exhibit the ability to constantly multi-task. Duties will require the use of Foundation Software, experience in this software is preferred but not required. Candidates must be proficient at reading and understanding blueprints, specification books, along with experience managing Commercial Construction projects. Personality A self-motivated individual, able to multi-task without much supervision Someone who can help champion the company culture Someone interested in personal growth and development Job Duties/Responsibilities Manage multiple project schedules and crew schedules, arrange appointments, job walks, meetings, etc. Ensure projects are completed on schedule. Review schedules and progress frequently. Coordinate with General Contractors' project team, Subcontractors, and our internal project team to ensure proper manpower allocation, material deliveries, and adherence to plans and specifications. Visit various assigned project sites to check in with customers, verify installation progress and that installation is in accordance with plans and specifications. Prepare and submit change orders to customers/vendors Prepare and submit RFI's to customers/vendors Follow and ensure our employees, subcontractors, etc follow all safety requirements per OSHA standards and/or project requirements. Ensure our employees, subcontractors, etc. are utilizing the most current drawings, specifications books, etc. in the field. Attend job walks, communicate with estimating team existing conditions from job walks. Communicate with estimating team and/or Sr Project Managers for required change order pricing on your assigned projects. Obtain quotes from various vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors as necessary. Assist with material take-offs and placing purchase orders. Prepare and/or assist in the preparation of budgets. Prepare and/or assist in the preparation of required weekly / monthly reporting related to work in progress, budgets, profit projections, manpower requirements, and financials.
