Field-Based Long-Term Care Assessor
MAXIMUS
Maximus is seeking a Long-Term Care Assessor to support the Illinois SALT program in Central Illinois. The ideal candidate will conduct in-person assessments, ensuring individuals receive the long-term care services needed to maintain their health and independence. The role involves daily travel throughout the Peoria and Decatur areas, with a consistent weekday schedule and no bedside care responsibilities.
