About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Commercial Program Management to spearhead the enterprise-wide commercial planning, launch readiness, and cross-functional execution. The successful candidate will be the central coordinator across various teams, ensuring that strategic initiatives are delivered on time and in line with business objectives. This pivotal role involves leading commercial program management activities, building and maintaining integrated project plans, and driving launch readiness planning across multiple functions. The Vice President will also be responsible for developing executive-level reporting, identifying execution risks, and coordinating external partners to support commercial initiatives. Applicants for the Vice President, Commercial Program Management position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 12 years of experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry. The role requires a leader with a strong background in commercial operations, program management, launch planning, consulting, or strategic operations, and a proven track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
