What You'll Own


This role is the heartbeat of our construction operations.

• Lead and hold accountable our Project Managers, Carpenters, and Production Coordinator

• Run a clean, reliable production schedule (and fix it fast when it slips)

• Protect margin and job performance across all active projects

• Drive a 5-star client experience through clear communication and strong execution

• Build systems, improve workflows, and raise the bar for how we operate

What This Looks Like Day-to-Day

• Weekly 1:1s with Project Managers (KPIs, budgets, schedules, client feedback)

• Spot issues early-schedule conflicts, cost overruns, scope creep-and solve them

• Review budgets and performance regularly, not after problems happen

• Partner with Sales, Design, and Estimating to ensure smooth project handoffs

• Own JobTread processes and continuously improve how production runs

• Keep everyone aligned, accountable, and moving forward

You Might Be a Fit If You:

• Have 5+ years leading residential construction or remodeling projects

• Know how to manage people AND numbers (labor, budgets, margins)

• Are highly organized, decisive, and not afraid to hold the line

• Communicate clearly-with your team and with clients

• Take ownership instead of passing problems up the chain

This Is NOT for You If:

• You avoid hard conversations or accountability

• You're more comfortable reacting than leading proactively

• You don't track numbers or rely on others to manage job performance

• You prefer "figuring it out as you go" instead of running systems
