Technology Resource Experts, LLC Tech Resource Experts, LLC is looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to join their rapidly growing team. Requires an active TS/SCI Poly security clearance Responsibilities Apply systems engineering principles across all life‑cycle phases: Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement. Interact with the Government on technical considerations and resolve associated problems, issues, or conflicts. Communicate with program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives regarding technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work. Maintain and apply ISO/IEC15288 process areas including Technical, Project, Enterprise, and Agreement process areas. Design and build requirements‑management processes, software development standards and processes, and release‑management processes. Support Jira configuration to enforce processes, including ticket queues and testing management. Implement C4 modeling for visualizing software architecture. Generate artifacts, define processes, and document architecture decisions. Qualifications Active TS/SCI with Polygraph. Bachelor of Science with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $175,000 - $225,000.
