"Equipping those who defend freedom" through an expansive defense portfolio aligned with U.S. military priorities, and "Revolutionizing the way to space" by supporting the return of humans to the moon, deep space exploration, earth observation, and national security missions.Here’s what you will be doing as a Program Manager:Coordinating all program activities from contract awards through software and hardware delivery, you are the single point of contact for the customer regarding all aspect of the program.You’ll have performance responsibility for your program and will regularly deliver status updates to management.Direct a matrixed group of people including Engineering, Operations, Quality, Procurement, Contracts etc.; many of which will be shared resources with other programs.To be considered for a Program Manager role, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:Minimum of an BS Degree.1 year of relevant program management related experience in the aerospace, defense, or other highly engineered manufacturing environments.For applicants transitioning from the military, leadership experience in operations, logistics, acquisition, or program management may be considered in lieu of direct industry experience.
