Horario: Lunes y Martes- 4:30am-1:30pm Miércoles y Jueves- 11:00am-8:00pm Viernes 9:00am- 6:00pm El Team Leader de Operaciones es responsable de liderar y coordinar las actividades del turno, en las áreas que sea requerido. Su rol es esencial para asegurar la continuidad operativa, cumplimiento de los procedimientos establecidos, y una ejecución eficiente y segura de las tareas asignadas. Actúa como enlace entre el personal operativo y el supervisor, promoviendo un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y enfocado en resultados. Responsabilidades Esenciales Dirigir las operaciones del turno en las áreas asignadas. Asignar tareas diarias en conjunto con el supervisor y coordinar recursos según prioridades operacionales. Mantener comunicación continua con el supervisor para reportar avances, retos y desempeño del equipo. Operar montacargas y equipos de manejo de mercancía según sea necesario, cumpliendo con las normas de seguridad. Verificar el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad y asegurar la documentación adecuada de procesos. Capacitar y apoyar a empleados nuevos y existentes en los procedimientos del área. Promover una cultura de trabajo en equipo, respeto y seguridad. Velar por el cumplimiento del horario de trabajo y políticas de asistencia. Ejecutar otras tareas relacionadas con las operaciones del almacén según se asignen.
