We're looking for passionate, licensed RNs, NPs, or PAs to join our clinical team and deliver exceptional, patient-first care.What You'll DoDeliver FDA-cleared treatments with precision and careEducate patients on procedures, post-treatment expectations, and long-term careDocument treatments accurately using clinic software systemsCollaborate with your Location Director and Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs) to optimize schedules and maintain seamless clinic operationsRotate across 2–3 local clinics with a designated home locationMaintain a professional appearance and uphold the LaserAway brand standardWork ScheduleClinics are open 7 days a weekMust be available for 5–6 weekend shifts per monthSchedules are published two weeks in advanceTraining ProgramPaid onboarding program with virtual, in-clinic, and self-paced learningStarts with core treatments and gradually expands across our full service menuTraining pay: $20/hour during hands-on learning sessionsFull clinical rate begins after initial sign-offsWhat You BringActive RN, NP, or PA license in the state of employment (required)Minimum 1 year of hospital-based nursing experience required (excluding nursing school clinical rotations).
