Are you a highly professional, self-motivated mental health counselor with a passion for helping a diverse community of clients? Road Less Traveled Counseling is seeking an experienced, well-rounded licensed clinician to join our team in the Madison, Wisconsin metro area.

We know that providing exceptional care requires balance. This position offers a flexible, hybrid work environment featuring a mix of remote telehealth days and in-person counseling at our Waunakee office. While this is a general mental health counseling role, the ideal candidate is willing and able to support pediatric clients. Clinicians bringing 8+ years of experience in both adult and pediatric care will be given strong preference.

Requirements

Licensure & Experience: Must hold an active mental health counselor license in the state of Wisconsin with at least 8 years of clinical experience.

Specialization: Candidates must be able and willing to provide pediatric mental health counseling. A background demonstrating dual experience in both adult and pediatric care is highly preferred.

Location: Candidates must be based in the Madison, Wisconsin metro area to support the in-office requirements in Waunakee.

Professional Traits: Must be a highly professional, well-rounded, and self-motivated practitioner capable of thriving in a hybrid environment.

Patient Care: Maintain a high standard of clinical outcomes and positive feedback across a diverse age range of clients.

Operational Reliability: Effectively and consistently manage the hybrid scheduling model without disruption to patient care.
