Oversees the daily functions of the group home by ensuring consumers are provided a safe, clean, and adequate living environment. Provides assigned direct care staff with continuous supervision and completes staff performance evaluations. Ensures the implementation of service plan goals and interventions and provides case management services. Manages the monthly program schedule to meet all coverage needs for assigned group home. Participates in the development of all consumer related activities. Qualifications BSW in social work, BS/BA in psychology, or a related field BA in unrelated field with two years of previous experience AA with two years of experience in mental health/human services One-year experience working in a residential mental health setting required Relevant supervisory experience preferred Valid Driver's license Location Morris Plains, New Jersey Employment Type Full-Time Pay $53,200 annual salary Shift What We Offer Competitive pay that values your experience and dedication.
