Position Summary
Our Full-Time Floor Technician (Environmental Services/Custodian) is responsible for following established policies and procedures to maintain all facilities in a clean, sanitary and attractive condition. Additional responsibilities may include light maintenance. Rotating Weekends schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must possess basic personal computer knowledge and skills.
Valid driver’s license required.
HS Diploma or GED preferred OR relatable life and/or work experience to be verified by references and/or employment verification.
Basic knowledge of chemicals utilized in routine cleaning helpful.
Familiarity with acute emotionally challenged children or adolescents helpful.
Responsibilities:
Assure that cleaning chemicals and paper products are always stocked and in sufficient supply.
Perform any duties requested by the Supervisor to insure a safe and clean environment for our clients.
Clean assigned areas of the facility as directed by the supervisor.
Report unsafe conditions observed on your shift to a department Supervisor.
Ability to learn and perform all aspects of floor maintenance.
