Senior Warehouse ManagerEastern Staffing & Recruiting is hiring a Senior Warehouse Manager for our client in Broome County, NY! The Warehouse Manager leads all aspects of warehouse operations, inventory management, team performance, and internal logistics, with primary accountability for the safe, accurate, and timely provisioning of the train. This role translates operational priorities into clear objectives, aligns resources to business needs, and fosters a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture.ResponsibilitiesImplement and maintain continual improvements in the areas of warehouse organization, appearance, & cleanliness, training, safety, security, inventory management, productivity, reclamation processing, employee satisfaction, quality assurance, process compliance, & parts fulfillment.Achieve proficiency in the use of Telco Gear and the Asset Management System in achieving company performance standards.Achieve proficiency in the company core processes of scanning, reclamation, & redeployment.Develop & implement a task management system for the on-time accomplishment of company critical business tasks.Complete customer and special projects on-time and in a quality manner.Conduct weekly team meetings on a consistent basis to focus on all areas of continuous improvement.Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.Accurately complete detailed forms and reports.Conduct periodic reviews of employee processes in the warehouse.RequirementsMinimum of 3 to 5 years of warehouse manager experience. (inventory management, material handling, and scanning experience).HS Diploma or greater, 4-year degree preferred.Ability to endure long periods of standing, walking, and able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.Effective time management skills.Ability to safely use hand and small power tools.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.Intermediate computer and data entry skills.Valid driver's license.Forklift experience and/or certification.Telecom experience preferred.Conduct periodic reviews of employee processes in the warehouse.The estimated annual salary range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000 per hour, though a candidate's salary will be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience.
