Job Description Job Description Logistics Warehouse Supervisor, Night Shift Large 3rd party logistics company is immediately hiring a full-time Warehouse Supervisor to manage the staff at their distribution center in Carson, CA. You will work Monday through Friday from 4PM to 12:30AM, with occasional overtime on the weekends when needed. This is a temp-to-hire position where you will earn $80,000 per year, to start. Plus, if hired directly by the company, you will be eligible for great company benefits. As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for organizing and monitoring work processes and: Recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Implementing and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. Developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work, implementing productivity standards, resolving operations issues, and maintaining reference manuals. Tracking budget expenses To qualify for the Warehouse Supervisor job, we require at least two (2) years of warehouse management experience, preferably in a logistics environment, and completion of some college coursework.
