BLS and ACLS certifications are required. Experience in the operating room is essential. Strong communication and teamwork skills are necessary. Candidates should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility and adaptability are important qualities for this position. Attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety are expected.
