What Drives Success

Business Travel: 25-50%

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Directs Field Operation Leaders to ensure service maintenance and installations are consistent across the country.

• Makes assessments and recommendations for changes to meet customer and business expectations.

• Drives and supports overall Company financial goals and profitability goals through added sales and service.

• Assesses the need for new branches.

• Increases management effectiveness by recruiting selecting orienting training coaching counseling and disciplining managers.

• Communicates values strategies and objectives.

• Assigns accountabilities; plans monitors and appraises job results; developing a climate for offering information and opinions.

• Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending solutions.

• Accomplishes objectives by establishing plans budgets and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.

• Coordinates actions with corporate staff.

• Builds company image by collaborating with customers and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.

• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelors Degree (B.S.) or equivalent from four year college or related experience.

• Minimum seven years managerial experience HVAC industry experience preferred.

• Computer skills and proficiency in MS Office software.

• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire others and ensure that employees are highly engaged with their work.

• Ability to develop and train work force build relationships.

• Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to communicate in a clear concise understandable manner and listen attentively.

What We Offer

Compensation : This is a salaried exempt role. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills education experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Companys applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
