In-Home Health - Physician (Full Time) - Cambridge MA

Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, is hiring a full‑time Physician to deliver in‑home health evaluations, building trusted relationships and bridging gaps in care. Responsibilities Conduct approximately 45‑minute home visits to review medication, medical history, perform a physical exam, and order additional diagnostic tests when indicated (e.g., diabetic eye exams, spirometry). Use an iPad and clinical workflow system to complete evaluations. Provide diagnostic and preventive services (spirometry, DEE, etc.). Visit millions of patients nationwide, ensuring appropriate referral and coordination with primary care physicians. Travel locally and within licensed states as needed; support virtual visits as required. Qualifications MD or DO with an active, unrestricted license in covered area(s). Multi‑state license preferred; ability to practice in Cambridge and surrounding area. Experience performing home health evaluations or similar in‑home care is a plus. Work Environment Work primarily in patients’ private residences, which may contain pets, secondhand smoke, or other environmental factors requiring safe, adaptable care.
