Bagels – Shift Leader Job Summary Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team, coach members, and maintain a safe, clean, and high‑quality environment. They open and close the store, set the morale and tone, and ensure excellent guest experience while meeting operational goals. Responsibilities Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate and manage team performance. Provide feedback and coaching to team members as needed. Open and close the store with minimal supervision, ensuring readiness and accountability. Maintain food and beverage quality standards. Keep the store environment safe and clean. Hospitality responsibilities including greeting guests and ensuring consistent service. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 18years or older. Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings (as early as 3am) and weekends. Pass a background check in accordance with local, state, and federal law. Hold or be able to obtain a ServSafe Certification before completing leadership training. Possession of a valid, current, state‑issued driver’s license (preferred and required at some locations). Meet driving qualifications as required by company policy. Tip eligibility is subject to state regulations. Additional benefits eligibility is subject to position guidelines at time of hire.
