CNA/CMT

Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance Administer medications accurately and safely in accordance with CMT certification and facility protocols Monitor and document patient vital signs, health status, and changes in condition Assist nursing staff with clinical tasks and patient care procedures Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients and residents Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams Follow all HIPAA guidelines, infection control protocols, and state regulations Requirements: Active CNA certification in the state of Maryland Valid CMT (Certified Medication Technician) certification required Prior experience in a healthcare, long-term care, or assisted living setting preferred Strong knowledge of medication administration procedures and documentation Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient advocacy skills Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented demeanor About Us: KindHearted Healthcare Services Inc is a trusted provider of quality healthcare services in the Hyattsville, MD area, built on a foundation of compassion, integrity, and patient-centered care.
